The unmounted stamps Jacqueline designed for the Cherry Blossoms collection are gorgeous, and the potential is endless. I put together a few cards to help you get started . . .
JUMBO UM
CARD #1
The branch and blossoms are separated on the stamp sheet, so you can choose how "blossomy" you want to be! Stamp with India Black ink, shade with watercolor pencils and blend with a water brush.
CARD #2
Stamp the lantern images onto Cherry and Purple papers, trim sections of the lantern from the Purple and piece onto the Cherry. String them all together with waxed linen thread.
CARD #3
Mask a white panel with a circle shape and brayer with Fuchsia and Amethyst inks. Strategically stamp the branch so the bird can perch within the white masked area.
CARD #4
Blend watercolors to create a beautiful background panel and tear the outer edges. Stamp a scene onto the panel, cut out the center section with a ruler and craft knife, nest with a torn purple panel and realign onto the background.
ART NOUVEAU UM
CARD #1
Stamp the kimono onto a separate sheet, color, and trim out the shape. Nest onto a stamped background panel with foam adhesive dots and accent with glitter glue. Because everything is better with a little bit of sparkle.
CARD #2
Stamp the kimono onto the non-metallic side of the Cherry paper with white pigment ink. Stamp a second time onto Purple, remove the collar with a craft knife or scissors and glue onto the Cherry image.
CARD #3
Stamp a row of parasols with Amethyst and Fuchsia inks onto a plain white strip and layer onto a stamped card panel. Easy and elegant!
GREETING UM
CARD #1
Use Club Scrap's awesome grid rulers (now available in three sizes) to tear the outside edges of the card panel and sentiment strip.
CARD #2
I'm a big fan of these charms! Our Bookbinding Glue is the perfect adhesive for securing the charms to paper for good.
CARD #3
Cleverly adhere a row of sequins above and below the sentiment, add glitter glue to each to further embellish.
