Does Club Scrap charge sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be charged to the following states: CT, ID, IL, ME, NJ, NM, RI, TX, WA, AL, AR, IA, KS, MA, MN, NE, OK, SD, VT, WI, WV CT, ID, IL, ME, NJ, NM, RI, TX, WA, AL, AR, IA, KS, MA, MN, NE, OK, SD, VT, WI, WV. For international shipments, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
When will I be charged for my Club Scrap subscription?
When purchasing a membership for the first time, your credit card will be charged immediately, and you will be shipped the current month's collection within a few days. From that point on, your credit card will be charged on the 1st of the month, when your monthly membership renews. Your kit will ship on the same date of charge, unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case it will ship on the next business day.
What Payment Methods does Club Scrap accept for Memberships?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. You must have a credit card on record for a Club Scrap Membership. We currently do not accept PayPal for Memberships. Gift certificates cannot be used as a form of payment for the purchase of a membership or used to pay monthly membership fees.
I am purchasing a Club Membership and a few other things. Why am I not seeing the member savings on ALL of the items in my cart?
Your shopping profile won't recognize your new membership status until the purchase of the subscription is complete. Your best bet is to conclude your purchase of the individual membership, and place a separate order with the other items you'd like. At check-out, you'll have the option to combine your Club Scrap kit and other orders in one box to save on shipping costs. Simply choose "ship with my next kit." Our members enjoy taking advantage of this unique option!
How do I make changes to my Membership?

How will I know what the next kit will look like?
We announce the kit theme one month in advance on our blog. The actual colors and designs remain a “surprise” until shipping day. However, we offer sneak peeks, or “spoilers”, of the next kit release near the end of each month. Simply watch for your email with the word "spoiler" in the subject line, or visit the blog. (The post will include the word “spoiler” in the blog title.)
What if I want to skip a kit?
If you see the monthly kit spoiler and decide it's not for you, you can skip a kit in the Manage Subscriptions area of your account. PLEASE NOTE: Only active members (those receiving the monthly kit) will receive the member-exclusive email with links to the bonus formula, etc. If you skip more than two months in a row, your membership may automatically be cancelled.
I received my kit, now what?
With a Club Scrap membership, you will always have plenty of sources for inspiration! Every kit comes with free downloadable instructions. The instructions can be found under Resources>Instructions. We also offer additional ideas and inspiration on our blog at http://clubscrap.com/a/blog/.
What happens if I receive a kit and I don't like it?
Sometimes a particular theme may take a little while to grow on you. If you find you'd like to return a kit, you may do so within 30 days of receipt to receive credit for the cost of the kit, less shipping and handling. Ship to Club Scrap, Inc., Attn: Returns, 1375B Constitution Drive, Neenah, WI 54956. We will credit the form of payment used upon receipt of the product.
What happens if I my credit card is declined?
We will notify you via email immediately. You can update your payment information under Manage Subscription in your account. Visit this link for helpful tips: https://clubscrap.com/a/blog/membership-tip-payment. *Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, if your order isn't approved within 15 days, items will be returned to inventory. Fulfilling the order after that time period will be subject to availability.
Where can I find the free instructions that come with my monthly kits?

Can I choose my Membership Shipping Carrier?
We reserve the right to select the shipper of our choice unless a specific request is made. If an alternate shipping method is requested by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
How do I cancel my Membership?
Log into your account, click on Manage Subscription. Scroll down to the bottom tab to cancel your subscription.
