The National Parks collection features a gorgeous handmade book project called the Explorer's Journal.
The book is constructed with a combination of papers, heavy duty paper bags, waxed linen thread, buttons and cutparts.
The "peek-a-boo" spine reveals the seven inner signatures while also showcasing the beautiful stitch work on the outside of the cover.
The project kit includes a 12x12 sheet of cutaparts designed to decorate the outside front cover and base of each bag.
We also added a four-pack of buttons to enhance the paper tabs on the outside covers along with plenty of extra waxed linen thread to sew them into place.
