There are a number of reasons you'd need to update the payment information for your Club Scrap membership. The most common is an expired credit card. It is easy to update the information in just a few simple steps.
Login to Your Account
Click on the orange "Login" or "Account" button. Depending on the type of device you're using, the login button may feature a "person" icon instead.
Fill in the email and password information, then click "Login to Account".
Once logged in, you should see a screen with your order history on the left, and subscription details on the right.
Manage Subscription
Click the blue "Manage Subscription" button found below your contact information.
The next screen will bring up details about your current subscription and any applicable add-ons to your membership.
Select Payment Information
Scroll down below your current subscription summary and click on the gray "Payment information" tab.
Click on the "Change Payment Information" button. Doing so will automatically generate an email containing a secure link to update your credit card info. (Be sure to check your spam if you don't see the email in your inbox. If you cannot find the email, you can click on the "Send Another Email" button.)
The body of the email looks like the image below:
Click on the blue "Confirm payment information" button. That will generate a screen with your current credit card information (last four digits only).
Click on the word "Change" underneath the current credit card info. A pop-up window will appear. Enter the new 16-digit credit card number, expiration, and security code into the appropriate fields.
After all of the information has been entered, click on the blue "Update card" button.
