A Night at the Met Club Stamp Cards
CARDS 1-3
Nest the stamped sentiment onto a silver mat, round the upper left and lower right corners with a Corner Chomper on the 1/2" setting, tie with ribbon, and layer onto the card with foam adhesive. Finish with a
pearl accent.
The
ribbons included in the kit are perfect for card making with their low profile and pliability. They're some of my favorite styles!
CARDS 4-7
If you happen to have a musically themed embossing folder, use it to add texture to the 4x5.25" panels cut from the quad print. Be sure to stamp the ballerina image prior to embossing.
Rub
Ash ink directly onto the raised surface of the embossed panel. Glue a silver grand
piano charm to the lower right corner of the sentiment.
CARDS 8-10
Glue
pearl accents to the "loopies" on the unique font selected for this collection. For best results, use
CS® Bookbinding Glue with a
needle tipped applicator.
Trim a 2" length of ribbon, fold in half, and staple to the upper left corner of the stamped panel. (I prefer
mini #10 staples.)
CARDS 11-12
Stamp sentiments and images onto black panels with Club Scrap's wonderfully opaque
white pigment ink. Allow the ink to dry for a few moments before working with the panel.
TRAY/SLEEVE
After trimming and scoring the
Pink Prints, form into the box and tray. The 11" sheet wasn't quite large enough to wrap around the entire tray. To solve this, use the plain side of a 1x6" pink scrap to complete the sleeve while adding a decorative element.
Adhere a spare stamped sentiment to the bottom of the tray.
Load the tray with a set of six cards and envelopes. (A quick gift idea to rescue the holiday!)
