Surprise! It's easy to create your own party hat banner with images from the Surprise Jumbo Unmounted Stamps.
I chose photos from my daughter's 7th birthday party which had never made it into my scrapbook. Good thing, because this color palette is perfect!
Party Hat Banner Instructions
Stamp the party hats onto Pink, Red and Green papers with CS® Fuchsia, Carnation, and Neon Green inks. Fussy cut the hats, and leave a tab extending beyond the bottom of each hat. (They'll look a bit like Christmas trees.)
Fold each tab around a string and secure with Bookbinding Glue dispensed from a Needle-tip Applicator. Adhere the banner to the page with Foam Adhesive Circles.
Bonus Birthday Embellishments
Create an adorable row of candles with 1/4x2" scraps. Fussy cut orange flames to complete the look.
Draw black wicks and flame highlights with a white gel pen.
The Surprise Lite Sequin Bowtie is the perfect finishing touch to my hand cut number seven.
It is so nice to know that I can easily create a matching embellishment for any party or theme.
