Take a look at the Surprise Lite Layouts while you wait for your kit to arrive. There are a few details below to help you assemble the pages with ease!
Surprise Lite Layouts
LAYOUTS 1 & 2
We've been upgrading our ribbon to double-faced satin, and I love how easy it is to make a pretty bow without having the "wrong side" showing. I always consult this diagram on Pinterest to get the best results. (One of these days I'll memorize the steps.)
Adhere the bow to the border strip with ATG tape or ScorTape.
LAYOUTS 3 & 4
The adorable sequin bowties require no bow-making skills. Simply apply CS® Bookbinding Glue to the back of the bow, and press into place to add a little magic.
LAYOUTS 5 & 6
Incorporate lots of fun colors into this double page spread by combining red, green, white and pink elements. The cutaparts puzzle together to form a well-balanced grouping with equal spacing between each element.
Adhere a silver party hat charm to the pre-planned pink cutapart.
LAYOUTS 7 & 8
Pay careful attention to the cutting diagram for the White "Cupcake" Print. The lower right corner of the print ends up making a darling page title for the upper left corner of the layout.
Add a strip of blue glitter tape to the top of the nested cutapart and finish with a matching blue sequin bowtie. A 12" strip of glitter tape is also added to each page.
May 2018 bring you many unexpected surprises worth scrapbooking!
