We're thrilled to release a sheet of fun Oktoberfest stamps to accompany the Page Kit!
The mini sheet of rubber stamps measures 4.25x6.5" and has plenty of images to make a large assortment of brewtiful cards.
Oktoberfest Cards
Card #1
Stamp the beer mug image onto an Ivory panel with India Black ink. Create a mask of the image and cover the stamped area. Shade the surrounding area with Topaz ink with a CS® Ink Applicator. Layer the art panel onto Black, Gold, and Black panels, and center onto an Ivory Texture card base. Stamp a sentiment and add to the card with foam adhesive.
Card #2
Draw intersecting pencil lines onto an Ivory panel with a CS® Grid Ruler and pencil. Mount the hops image onto an acrylic block with etched grid lines. Align the grid of the block with the pencil guidelines and stamp four images, rotating each time. Erase the pencil lines, doing a much better job than I did. ;)
Card #3
Stamp the stein and sentiment onto a small manila tag. Layer onto a Gold card base adorned with pressed daisies, a torn paper strip and gold grosgrain ribbon.
Card #4
Stamp the hops image into a piece of Gold paper and punch with a 1" circle punch. Insert the circle into a Tapestry Bronze Frame and layer onto a panel wrapped with gold sparkle washi tape.
Open the card to find the perfect "innie" sentiment!
Altered Tag
Sponge CS® Tangerine, Topaz, Moss and Earth inks onto a manila shipping tag with an Ink Applicator.
Splatter the tag with watercolors, add the stein image, and stamp the sentiments above and below the steins.
Once you're finished making a big batch of Oktoberfest cards, you'll probably need to clean up your work area. Do that next. (I love using the grid on my desk blotter to make sure my stamp images are mounted perfectly.)
Hoppy Crafting. Cheers!
