The cutaparts included with each collection are a wonderful way to add artwork, titles, embellishments, and journaling prompts to your layouts without adding a lot of bulk. They are also available individually, and I love to use them to add interest to my pages. I love "lists" of words, and the Mint cutapart from the Garden Shed Lite collection has tons of 'em!
I've used the words in a vertical column to create this layout of my sister Alice and her grandson, Mikey . . .
. . . and in a horizontal column for this layout featuring my nephew and great nephew on the farm.
RULER TIP: Place a CS® 3x14" Grid Ruler vertically onto the layout, aligned with a straight edge at the top and bottom edges. Rest the individual words against the edge of the ruler to ensure vertical alignment and equal spacing.
For horizontal placement, use the strip of matted photos and the grid ruler as a guide fo level placement.
Cultivate some fun layouts of your own with the new Garden Shed cutaparts!
