SSBE @Home - Club Scrap Project Showcase
I love dreaming up projects that can be made with the contents of our Club Scrap kits. Don’t get me wrong, I love making pages and cards from our kits, as well. But they’re versatile enough to make all sorts of fun things!
For this project, we've adapted a page kit into a Snap Ring Album project, and a card kit into a gift-able Notecard Carrier.
Enjoy a visual tour of the projects below.
If you were unable to get your hands on the showcase project kit, we have made the printable instructions available for purchase in our online store. We also have the snap ring album components (brads, binder rings, and boards) for purchase separately.
The right tools for the job.
If you tuned in for the spotlight event on Stamp and Scrapbook @Home page, you might be wondering about some of the tools I used. Some of my "can't live without" items are listed below.
• 12″ Paper Trimmer – I wouldn't survive without this trimmer. In fact, I keep two of them in my studio so they’re always handy. Never worry about having a dull blade . . . this model is self sharpening.
• CS® Grid Rulers – I used our handy 3×14″ grid ruler for these projects, but I enjoy all of our rulers to perform various tasks.
• Bookbinding Glue – This is a staple in my stash of adhesive. It’s fast-drying, acid-free, non-toxic, and useful for all sorts of great projects. Dispense it from a Needle-tipped Applicator, and one bottle will last a long time!
The foundation for all of my creative inspiration is our page kits and card kits!
I invite you to subscribe to the original scrapbook club for just $21.95. We’ve been releasing kits monthly since 1999. (That’s more than 21 years!) Since the date of this event falls near the middle of the month, new subscribers will receive December’s beautiful Kintsugi collection. You can choose a page kit or card kit membership (or both!) and your subscription will renew on the 15th of each month until we hear otherwise.
