Meet our newest member of the Special Edition family: It's a Plaid, Plaid World! (PIease note, this is not a monthly release and will only ship if you place a special order for this item.)
It's a Plaid, Plaid World Pages
Got a little Irish in 'ya? I do not. But I love this collection and can't wait to add my outdoorsy photos to the pages! It's also perfect for pictures showcasing shenanigans, malarkey, hijinks, and tomfoolery! Read on to take a closer look at the pages and assembly tips.
LAYOUTS 1 & 2
There's a set of four clovers on the printed cutaparts. If you're in the mood, fussy-cut the clovers and add to the pages with foam adhesive circles. Wrap the green/white twine around a small Dk. Green scrap and incorporate into the layout as a sweet embellishment.
We scored some adorable silver horseshoe charms to bring you good luck. Apparently, there are two camps of thought on how the horseshoe should be placed. Read more about it in this article, or simply adhere them as shown below to keep the good luck from "draining out." (I think they'd also make an adorable pair of earrings!)
LAYOUTS 3 & 4
Punch a navy clover from the cutapart sheet with a 1" circle punch, and add to the journaling prompt wrapped with twine and finished with a horseshoe charm.
Notice the consistent spacing between the placement of each element on the right side of the layout. Everything fits like a puzzle. Finish with a piece of navy ribbon folded in half and stapled to the right edge of the sentiment. Add a kraft clover tag to the border strip.
LAYOUTS 5 & 6
We've included a plaid-making stencil in this collection, and it was used to create the simple border on the Yellow strip on the right side of the layout above. Kay also made a few fun greeting card panels with the stencil. (In fact, this entire collection started developing after our own Julie H. mentioned how much she'd love to have a plaid stencil!) Simply ink the openings, rotate the stencil 90 degrees, and ink again to create a plaid with unlimited combinations.
LAYOUTS 7 & 8
No plaid collection would be complete without some beautiful plaid ribbon!
Each kraft clover tag has a hole for hanging. Here, tuck the hole behind the right edge of the photo mat for a sweet look.
We hope you enjoy this fun collection! (Again, it will only ship if you place a special order.) Follow this link to make it yours. Sláinte!

P.S. Visit Julie's blogs about plaid thus far, as I'm pretty sure there will be more now that she got her stencil wish!
