Create a folded page book with the Orchard Club Stamp Kit. This collection shipped yesterday, so it's already on the way if you're a member!
The 4x4" book contains pages with a folded peak in the center that provides a fun home for photos and stamped embellishments. Take a look at how the pages create "action" when opened . . .
The inside pages of this book are designed with just five sheets of paper from the Orchard collection.
Folded Page How-Tos:
1. Place one 8.5x11" Orchard Quad Print vertically into the trimmer and cut at 8.25". Rotate clockwise and cut at 9.5. Rotate clockwise and trim at 8". The resulting print will measure 8x8". Repeat trimming for a total of five sheets.
2. Remove a 3.5x4" vertical section from the lower left corner of each quad print, as shown. The remaining .5" area serves as a tab to hold the page together.
3. Fold each signature vertically in half.
4. Open and fold each signature horizontally in half. Create a mountain fold in the lower right quadrant.
5. Close the signature with the printed side and angled mountain fold on the inside.
6. Miter the left and right edges of the .5x4" tab with scissors.
7. Apply ATG adhesive onto the flap.
8. Fold the flap up to secure to the left panel of the signature and repeat with the remaining four inside pages.
9. Decorate the pages with additional papers and rubber stamped images prior to book assembly.
10. Trim a stamped sentiment into individual words and adhere to alternating sides of the mountain fold.
11. Adhere the pages back to back with ATG.
Book Cover How-Tos:
1. Wrap 4x4" Book Board outside covers with 6x6" pieces cut from the Orchard Yellow Print.
2. Apply adhesive to the front and back signatures and adhere to the covers.
3. Decorate the front cover with a quadrant removed from a signature page.
4. Embellish with an Apple Charm and stamped sentiment.
