Welcome to the Color Me Happy Blog Hop and Linky Party! Last year I challenged myself to scrap my Lite kits every month. I shared this goal here on the blog, hoping the accountability would motivate me. Sadly, I only had about a 50% success rate. Well, I'm going to give it another shot in 2017, so I hope you'll indulge me. Here are my Color Me Happy Lite pages. Completely finished. Ready for the scrapbook. (In case your tracking it, that's a 100% success rate for 2017. Yay me!)
LAYOUT 1 & 2
Photos from a (not so) recent trip to Jamaica were perfect on these papers. All I added was a title made with alpha dies and some journaling.
LAYOUT 3 & 4
I'm a lucky gal because my bestie is a travel agent. A really good one. So good, she earns free trips. And guess what? Sometimes her DH can't go, so she asks me along. By the way, I've been looking for an excuse to use my crabby die--so here he is, cut from Yellow Plain, accented with a bit of Tangerine ink.
LAYOUT 5 & 6
Know what I love best about Tricia's finished ALSB page designs? After photos and journaling, you don't need to add a thing. (Unless you want to, which of course is totally your call.)
LAYOUT 7 & 8
After running out of Jamaica pics, I realized photos from Hunter's 16th birthday still needed scrapping. (He's going to be 20 in May...oops!) All these pages needed were more of those awesome die cut alphas for a title.
