I recently attended Tricia's latest virtual workshop, where I learned to make a fun wiper card structure with an adorable pop-up. You may have seen this card style in the past, but Tricia's efficient trimming formula and streamlined assembly techniques makes creating these cards faster and easier than ever!

Vintage Americana Wiper Cards

To make a set of four cards, you'll need to gather the 5x7" Wiper Card instructions, six coordinating 12x12 papers, card cutparts (or stamps) and a few embellishments. I had a partial Vintage Americana card kit from another project, so I paired the leftover supplies with Tricia's instructions to complete the cards below.

Create dimension using foam adhesive circles to attach the banner tag.

What's Up, Buttercup? Wiper Cards

Tricia's workshop cards featured the What's Up, Buttercup? papers and stamps. Since I was on a roll, I made a second set of 5x7" wiper cards using papers and cutaparts from the January Card Kit. Who wouldn't love a sweet pop-up birthday surprise?!?

Create custom flower embellishments using paper from the What's Up, Buttercup? Pack of Panels. Highlight the torn edges with coordinating ink to add depth and dimension. Add a trio of self-adhesive jewels to the center of each flower.

I hope you'll give this card structure a try. Once you start making these fun wiper cards, it's hard to stop! The interactive pop-up feature is sure to make any recipient smile. The design can go from masculine or feminine, whimsical or sophisticated. Choose papers and embellishments to create cards for any reason or any season!
