The warehouse is buzzing with tape guns sealing boxes filled with Under the Sea kits, and we can't wait for them to arrive on your doorstep!

In case you missed the live unboxing video, you can learn more about everything coming your way.

I'm not sure if you know this, but "teal" is my favorite color. There are so many wonderful combinations of this mix of blue and green, and you'll find many shades of teal in this month's prints and color palette.

A Note from Tricia

I couldn't be more excited to announce our next virtual workshop. During this 1.5 hour class, we'll be making a complete 11x8.5" ring bound landscape album! It has a beautifully wrapped book board cover and contains eight scrapbook pages ready for photos. Even with 1.5 hours together, you'll still need a little extra time to adhere the page elements, but we should be able to have the majority of the project completed, depending on your experience level and efficiency. But no matter! You'll be able to watch and work at your own pace, as always.

Join me on Saturday, April 2 (time TBD), on the One of a Kind Facebook page for this workshop. If you can't make it on that date, watch at your convenience anytime after the live event. Grab the Easy Eight Album project kit and component options in the store, and stay tuned to the blog for more information coming soon.

The best part about this project is that it can be made with any CS® Page Kit. (Are you sensing a theme here? I love re-purposing our kits to efficiently make things other than 12x12 layouts.) See you in class!

What's Ahead?

Every year when we survey our members for kit theme suggestions, the top requests include things like birthday, celebratory, special occasions, etc. In nearly 24 years of monthly kit themes, we've covered this topic quite a bit, but we commemorate life's celebrations regularly, and we need to visit the theme often. This time, we'll deliver a fun, bright color palette and festive images in the April kit. Three cheers for next month's happy collection: Hooray!

Fonts and Inks

If you like to "stamp your art out," I recommend the following CS Ink colors for excellent coordinating results: Ocean, Sapphire, Sandstone and White Pigment. We selected a lovely font pairing including "Witter" for the script and "Spirequal Light" for its serif companion. If you download the fonts, you can play with making your own custom page titles, captions, and journaling.

My favorite goodie this month is the set of three silver settings paired with art from the Cutapart and an epoxy sticker.

They make marvelous page embellishments!

Under the Sea Card Kit

I always challenge myself to create a highly efficient, somewhat simple set of twelve cards. After putting pencil and paper to the task this month, I'm particularly proud of the outcome. Watch the video below for a preview of what's in the box . . .

Your favorite is bound to be this turtley awesome waterfall card! I can't wait for you to discover how easy it is. Don't worry, I'll hold your "hand, hand, hand" through the entire process from trimming to final assembly.

Under the Sea Stamps

Take a dive into creative inspiration this month with these stunning (and punning) stamps! Remember, you can subscribe to have the stamps included in your monthly shipment at a whale of a deal.

I don't know about you, but as things around the world seem increasingly unstable, I find myself finding solace in crafting and creativity. I'm blessed to do what I love and share it with so many wonderful friends in the Club Scrap family.

Grateful beyond words to be swimming along with you.

Tricia
