The Tunisian Tiles collection features a bold, primary color palette mixed with intricate vintage tile patterns. The Page Kit layouts are so beautifully neutral, they provide the perfect backdrop to preserve memories from any occasion!

Although each Club Scrap Page Kit creates eight coordinating pages, I rarely use all of them for a single occasion or event. In this case, each two-page spread features a different occasion.

Layout 1 & 2

My grandson Patrick loves blowing bubbles with his "Papa". His patriotic "Mr. Independent" shirt is a perfect match for the colors on this spread.

As often happens, I had more vertical photos than horizontal, so I did a bit of rearranging on the right side.

To maximize the size of the smaller photos, I removed the Aqua nesting mat from both squares.

One Aqua square was repurposed as a mat for an extra photo above the journaling prompt on the left side.

Layout 3 & 4

Easter memories on Tunisian Tiles? Sure, why not!?!

Rotating the left page 90 degrees meant the tall, narrow cutapart no longer fit the space. A simple swap of cutaparts with those from Layout 5 & 6 resolved that issue.

I skipped using several double mats during the assembly of Layout 7 & 8, so once I realized how much open space was available at the top of the page, I repurposed one 4x6 Aqua to mat an extra photo.

Layout 5 & 6

This two-page spread features photos from a recent day trip to Chicago. It was pretty warm that day, so the Mike-man and I stopped at Ghiradelli's Chocolates for some ice cream.

I didn't change much on this layout. Note the swapped cutapart (from 3 & 4) on the right side, tied with Aqua ribbon to provide more color balance between the pages.

Layout 7 & 8

I just love that my dear DIL captured these sweet moments between Patrick and his baby brother, Daniel.

The arrangement of the right page was reworked to better accommodate the vertical photo.

In order to minimize the cropping needed for each photo, I set aside the 4x6 and 2.75x3.25 Aqua "nesting" mats for use elsewhere.

You won't believe how versatile this kit is. The colors go with EVERYTHING! It took me less than an hour to assemble the pages and select, crop and adhere the photos to my pages.

Tricia

Tricia found clever ways to add more photos to many of her pages. See below:

Layout 1 & 2

Note the tall narrow photo added to the left of the vertical mats with journaling below.

Layout 3 & 4

Tuck additional photos in the lower left corner...

...and the top right corner of the layout. Check out that fun "fussy cut" wine bottle!

Layout 5 & 6

Tricia added an extra un-matted photo in the upper right corner of the spread. The 8x8 grid ruler is key to deciding what size photo will fit the space.
