Spellbound Photo Twistabout
It's not often my daughter, Emma, and I have time to craft together. However, as an English major and avid reader of fantasy fiction, the the Spellbound Remix Page Kit really caught her eye. We recently completed this Photo Twistabout project together.
To replicate our project, gather a Spellbound Remix Page Kit and a Photo Twistabout Components kit in Black. Construct the project using the following paper assignments for each step of the instructions:
1 - Yellow, Light Purple, Dark Orange, Dark Purple
2 - Yellow, Light Purple
3 - Dark Orange
4 - Medium Purple
5 - Black
6 - Horse Print
7 - Castle Print
8 -Horse Print
Emma filled each album with photos of friends and family. Are you ready to take a closer look at the finished project?
Two sides of the spinning box are open to reveal space for mini album storage.
The two remaining sides offer plenty of space to really showcase the stunning prints in this collection.
After the box is assembled, ink all exposed book board edges with India ink for a distressed look.
The metal ring hardware is functional as well as decorative. Attach charms and ribbons included in the page kit for a fun twist.
The spinning storage is home to four individual mini books. Each is covered in different prints and embellishments. Since Emma's project is not Halloween-focused, stamped sentiments and artwork (Fairytale 06.22) supplement the more neutral cutaparts.
The interior of each book features a mix of regular landscape pages...
...and trifold pages.
The trifold pages open to reveal tons of space for even more photos and embellishments.
