Shibori Washi Tape Three Ways -

When I placed strips of this tape on paper in edge to edge rows, I noticed right away that I could create some interesting patterns.

Rotate or shift the washi tape patterns slightly for completely different looks.

Here are some of the ways I played with three fun backgrounds. And remember, the challenges referenced below are hosted on the Facebook Club Scrap Group Chat. We would love to have you join us!

April 2018 Tool Stash Challenge Card

The challenge was to cut circles with an "old-fashioned" circle cutting system. I pulled out my Creative Memories cutter, trimmed the papers into different sizes and added them to the front of my card. The papers, stamps, and ribbon are from the Blueprints collection and the Silver Dazzles were from the Constellations collection.

April 2018 Past Present Challenge Pages

The challenge was to create artwork featuring any of the following Club Scrap collections: Moody Blues, Rhapsody, or Blueprints. I chose to work with Rhapsody in this two-page spread following the cutting instructions on the Five of Clubs from Idea Deck Vol 5 (2nd Edition). The tape adds a pop to the long border strips. The washi tape circles complete the look.
