Layouts 1 & 2
The goodies we procured for this collection are super "cool!" Pop out the snowflakes from the die cut tags, save them for later, and add the trimmed Dk. Blue pieces behind the open shape to provide lovely contrast with the tag. Thread with ribbon and secure on the back of the page for an eye-catching trio. Finally, add the little Cutapart words Jacqueline created to fit perfectly within the upper portion of the tags.
Layouts 3 & 4
Say hello to the cutest little goodie ever procured -- it's an actual knit hat! It's a little bulky, but oh, so sweet! We found the best way to attach it to the page is with a thorough application of bookbinding glue. Once the hat has been placed, cover the project with a heavy book and allow the glue to dry, keeping the hat as flat as possible. Alternatively, draw a face on your finger and use the hat to complete your finger puppet. Hahaha!
Layouts 5 & 6
Add a strip of the gorgeous silver-edged blue ribbon beneath the page title and wrap the ends around to the back of the page. Next, add two nested cutaparts and the punched snowflakes from the tag.
Layouts 7 & 8
Your kit also includes a set of gorgeous, iridescent snowflakes. Create a few "falling flakes" by adhering them with bookbinding glue. Add one to the cutapart on the left side of the layout, as well.
Shades of Winter Bonus Stencil
As a special treat, we are re-releasing the original Shades of Winter berry sprig stencil. Pair this two-part stencil with our hybrid ink and an ink applicator brush to quickly and easily create beautiful artwork for your pages, cards, and more! Check out this little video of the stencil in action:
Once you manage to align the berries with the branch, fill in the openings with your favorite "berry" color and enjoy the potential!
