Nantucket Podium Book
Emily and her fiancee were engaged on a recent trip to Door County, Wisconsin. He happened to propose at the top of the Cana Island Lighthouse (after climbing 97 steps to the top!), so naturally, the June collection was perfect to document the occasion. These photos were taking in a complete downpour the very next day.

To recreate Emily's album, gather a Nantucket Page Kit and the Podium Book Components. Use the paper assignments below when working with the project instructions and video tutorial.
- Paper A = Compass Print
- Paper B = Dk. Blue
- Paper C, D, E, F = Lt. Blue, Red, Kraft, Lighthouse Print
Once the book construction is complete, then comes the fun part: Decorating and adding photos.
Decor
The cover features the Jumbo Banner Woodcut and corresponding journaling cutapart along with a Compass Charm tied with cord. Emily created the title with alphabet stamps from her stash and adhered the perfect sentiment strip to the cover.
The finished book can be proudly displayed on the built-in podium "kick stand", or simply closed and shelved for storage. The sweet 8x8 size makes it totally portable—it's easily toted around to share with friends and relatives.
The book features eight folded 7.75x12" inside pages installed with Club Scrap's unique U-Hinge binding, which allows the structure to lie flat when open. Each inside page features a full size 7.75x7.75" section with a 4.25" flap.
The nature of these staggered pages creates interest and offer tons of real estate for photos and other embellishments.
Photo mats, memorabilia and other decorative elements can extend past the edge of each 4.25x7.75" flap for added interest.
Emily found a number of custom Door County embellishments while visiting a scrapbook store in the area.
Star Dazzles sprinkled throughout add a touch of sparkle.
Mini polaroids mixed in with traditional photos adds variety and interest.
