Lagoon Club Stamp Instructions

Club Stamp Lagoon Card Assembly Instructions Once the paper is trimmed, organize into sets required to make the cards. I've used basic inks and supplies to assemble, but don't forget to consider other coordinating embellishments already in your stash!

Lagoon Cards

Cards 1-3

Emboss panels after stamping with your favorite textured folder. I used a bubble pattern by The Paper Studio. Stamp the sentiment onto a Lt. Teal panel, round the upper left and lower right corners on the 1/2" setting of a Corner Chomper, and layer onto the card with foam adhesive circles. Adhere the teal velvet ribbon with CS® Bookbinding Glue. Tie a waxed linen bow onto the silver "dreaming of the sea" charm and adhere to the card with bookbinding Glue.

Cards 4-5

Tie a square shell button to each end of the Lt. Teal strip with waxed linen thread from your stash. Carefully separate the sentiment into two lines. Stamp one onto the strip and one onto the folded card base.

Cards 6-9

Use basic origami skills to create four adorable fish from the Quad Print. I recommend doing a trial run with a scrap of 4.25x4.25" text weight or copy paper. Follow this graphic from Pinterest to learn the folding steps for the fish. You may also find this YouTube video helpful to clarify steps 8-12. Finish the fish with a teal jewel sticker or googly eye. Aren't they adorable? Stamp images onto the Sand paper with CS® Sandstone ink. It creates a subtle, tone-on-tone effect.

Cards 10-13

I love this stand-up card! It is made with a 5.5x8.25" (not 8.5") card base scored horizontally at 2-1/8, 3-1/8, 5-1/8 and 6-1/8". Fold the outer two scores into a valley and the inner two scores into a mountain fold. Line the two outer flaps with 2x5-3/8" strips trimmed from the Quad Print. Tie waxed linen thread from your stash onto a square shell button. Trim an end of the gorgeous mesh ribbon into a "v" shape and adhere to the back of the Sand panel.

Card 14

Stamp your favorite images and sentiment onto the Dk. Teal panel with white pigment ink. Round the upper left and lower right corners and adhere to the card base with foam adhesive squares.
