Magnolia Easy Eight Album for Mom
Tricia recently crafted an Easy Eight Album featuring the Magnolia Page Kit and Mother's Day Page Cutaparts - appropriate for so much more than just Mother's Day!
To replicate her project, begin by substituting Magnolia papers for Under the Sea as noted in the instructions. (Exact paper substitutions are listed at the end of this post.) Next, trim and sort the papers. Once all of the trimming is complete, consult the photos of the completed layouts as inspiration to finish your inside pages. Since the Mother's Day Cutaparts are different from Under the Sea, be sure to use the printed artwork and sentiments as your guide for placement.
Album Assembly
Tricia chose the beautiful Green Print to adorn the outside covers, and Wine to create the album's spine.
Embellish the front cover with a meaningful sentiment from the Mother's Day Page Cutaparts.
When creating the inside pages, it's important to remember the Cutaparts will be different from the Under the Sea version. During the page assembly process, feel free to rearrange the trimmed elements, using them in different locations. Don't be afraid to mix things up when trimming select 3.5x12" pieces (left over from trimming 8.5x11 base papers).
