Create a stunning Triple Panel Book when you combine the project components with a Mediterranean page kit. (I also utilized a large piece of the Card Print I had in my stash.)

On Saturday, April 15, Tricia taught a virtual workshop on the One of Kind Facebook group. During the presentation, students learned how to make a beautiful handmade Triple Panel Book featuring the Flourish Page Kit.

I couldn't wait to make this project featuring one of my favorite collections, Mediterranean. The colors and prints are so beautiful. I plan to load this book up with photos documenting a trip to see my Club Scrap family in Wisconsin last year.

Decorate the cover of the book with a large cutapart. Remove the sentiment from the cutapart with a craft knife, cutting mat and grid ruler. Set it aside to be used later in the project.

Stamp the letters onto a piece of white paper. Add layered mats to the custom title and adhere in the open space created when removing the sentiment. Add a white waxed linen cord bow to the gold leaves charm. Adhere it next to the title with Bookbinding Glue dispensed from a Needle-tipped Applicator. Add a button to the closure in the same manner.

Adorn the pocket flap with scraps from the Card Print and a cutapart. Use a corner rounder in the bottom right corner of the panel to coordinate with the rounded corners of the flap.

Decorate each inside panel of the accordion booklet that fits neatly inside the pocket.

Trim photo mats to fit each page. Decorate with border strips, cutaparts, and prints.

Layer the reserved sentiment onto Blue paper. Create a hole with the slot punch and thread a piece of yellow ribbon through the slot. Secure to the back of the sentiment with clear tape.

Nest each border onto plain paper leftover from the project assembly. Trim the layered strips to fit inside the scored areas of the booklet. Note: Do not cover any score lines with embellishments - this will impede proper closure.

Trim a large cutapart to span across two pages of the book. (Note the spacing on either side of the score lines.)

Trim a large cutapart to fit the front cover of the accordion booklet. Attach the lemon over the leaves with Foam Adhesive Circles to create dimension. Adhere the gold filigree border (with Bookbinding Glue) next to the fussy-cut lemon and leaves.

Let's take another look at the finished project.

Happy book making!
