Pattern Play ships today, and it's a great time of year to feature this refreshing color combination!
The paper collection includes a fun "Gray Pattern" sheet where the small design motif is incorporated into the paper right at the mill during the manufacturing process.
A NOTE FROM TRICIA
Our staff is working hard to put together a fun itinerary of events for our upcoming Retreats. While the August event originally sold out in January, we have had a few cancellations due to scheduling conflicts. Consider joining us in Wisconsin from August 3-6 for a weekend of crafting, friendship and fun! Contact Karen at karen@clubscrap.com for more information, as rooms will need to be booked as soon as possible.
The next stop on our expo tour will bring us to the Great American Scrapbook Convention in Arlington, TX, on June 16-17. If you plan to attend and would like to give us a hand at the booth, please get in touch! Show and workshop tickets are on sale now.
WHAT'S AHEAD?
Our July theme celebrates the art of depicting the form, color, and details of plant species in botanical illustration. The method peaked in the 1800's and in spite of modern technology, there has been a renaissance of this art form. You're going to love the Vintage Botany collection!
KIT AND COLOR DETAILS
In the mood to stamp some fun cards with this month's images and sentiments? We used our crisp India Black and White Pigment inks complemented by Peridot, Neon Purple, Neon Pink, Neon Blue and Tangerine hybrid inks.
Our font pairing for Pattern Play consists of a clean serif font family called Cinzel, and a modern brush script called Perfect Sunset (purchase required).
DELUXE LAYOUTS
Mimic the designs of this collection by using a Corner Chomper on the 1/2" setting to punch just one corner of a group of squares or rectangles.
The Deluxe kit includes a fun Mini Accordion Hinge Book. Watch for the assembly instructions to release soon.
GREETINGS TO GO
My favorite set of Greetings to Go cards features an interactive pop-up mechanism. After much experimentation, I think I've found the most efficient way to create this card structure. More details to come!
