Inspired Stamps
Looking for the perfect Inks to pair with the Inspired stamps? We recommend Ocean, Jade, and Moss hybrid inks along with Uncharted Mariner Distress Ink* to coordinate with the June color palette.
The finished size of each card below is 4.25x5.5", unless otherwise noted.
Card 1
Add the small peacock image to the right side of a white panel in Ocean Ink. Stamp the sentiment in Uncharted Mariner Distress Ink* on the bottom left. Adhere coordinating sequins from your stash with Bookbinding Glue dispensed from a Needle-tipped Applicator to complete the card.
Card 2
Stamp the large peacock image on a white panel with Jade Ink. Add a sentiment with Uncharted Mariner Distress Ink* beneath and to the right of the peacock.
Trim two lengths of ribbon to 6". Perform a double loop ribbon technique beneath the stamped images.
Secure the ends of the ribbons on the back of the panel with clear tape.
Add a small dot of Bookbinding Glue beneath the ribbons with a Needle-tipped Applicator.
Position the top of a Feather Charm in the glue and press the ribbon over the charm to ensure proper adhesion.
Adhere the panel to a folded base to complete the card.
Card 3
Center a 1x5.5 Gold strip onto a 1.25x5.5" Aqua strip.
Tie a Mini Tassel on a 6.5" length of ribbon. Wrap the ribbon around the strips and secure on the back with clear tape.
Stamp a sentiment onto a .5" strip of white with Ocean Ink. Add Bookbinding Glue to the back of the sentiment.
Adhere over the ribbon as shown.
Mark the position of the layered strip on a white panel with light pencil lines.
Stamp a sentiment in the top left corner with Uncharted Mariner Distress Ink*.
Add the leaf images above and below the pencil lines. Remove the lines with an eraser after stamping.
Adhere the strip over the leaf images. Layer with nested panels and adhere to a folded base to complete the card.
Card 4
Add a small peacock image to a white panel with Moss Ink.
Continue to add peacock images in a row alternating ink colors (Moss, Ocean, Uncharted Mariner, Jade etc.)
Trim the panel; mat with Teal, Aqua, and Dk. Green papers. Center the nested panels from top to bottom on a folded Med. Green card base.
Stamp the sentiment on a white panel with Uncharted Mariner Distress Ink*.
Mat the trimmed sentiment with Aqua and Teal.
Adhere a small bow and Mini Tassel next to the sentiment to complete the card.
Card 5
Add the frame image to a white panel with Jade Ink.
Center the sentiment within the frame with Uncharted Mariner Distress Ink.
Fold a 5.5x8.5" Med. Green panel in half to form a card base. Ink the feathers of the large peacock image with Jade Ink; stamp along the top and bottom of the card.
FIll the open space between the feathers with a Teal strip mat with Gold Foil.
Round the corners of the stamped panel. Mat with a Gold foil panel.Tie a small amount of jute around the Feather Charm and adhere next to the sentiment to complete the card.
Card 6
Stamp a 4x5.25" white panel with the noise image and Moss Ink to create a background.
Die cut a large circle* from an Aqua panel. Trim off a small section on the left side of the circle with a paper trimmer.
Add the small peacock image to the right side of the circle with Ocean Ink.
Stamp the sentiment on a small white panel with Uncharted Mariner Distress Ink*.
Die cut feathers from a scrap of a Gold Foil sheet.
Trim the sentiment panel and layer with a Teal mat. Adhere the feathers to the left of the peacock image on the circle.
Add sequins from your stash with Bookbinding Glue dispensed from a Needle-tipped Applicator to complete the card.
Card 7
Dust a Teal panel with an Anti-static powder tool*.
Add the frame image in Watermark Ink.
Sprinkle the wet image with gold embossing powder. Tap off the excess.
Heat set the powder to melt.
Admire the shiny details of the image!
Stamp the sentiment onto a white panel with Ocean Ink.
Trim the panel to fit inside the gold frame.
Round the corners with a punch.
Stamp the small peacock image on a white panel with Moss Ink.
Fussy cut around the image with scissors.
Trim the frame and round the corners. Layer with a White and Med. Green mats. Note: I changed from the Aqua to a Med. Green mat after taking this photo.
Wrap a piece of ribbon around the bottom of the larger mat and secure on the back with clear tape.
Tie a smaller piece of ribbon around the first and secure with a simple knot next to the peacock to complete the card.
