I found this Easy Triple Time Technique video tutorial HERE and used it to create one of my Blueprints guest artist cards last month. I love this amazing stamping effect.

My Homestead "triple time" technique card is doing "triple duty" as an entry in Marya's October Card Sketch challenge, a post on my blog for World Card Making Day, and here today! I hope you enjoy my take on this clever technique. 1. Choose four papers for your card.

2. Cut a card base and mattes.

3. Nest the card base and mattes together.

4. Leave an 1/8" between the mattes along the left side of the card.

5. Remove all of the mattes with the exception of the eggshell color.

6. Align them with 1/4" in between each piece along the left edge.

7. Stamp the sentiment. I created my own using the Borders and Backgrounds UM sheet. *note: I removed the "N" from the Rock On "N" Roll sentiment.

8. Stamp the large wagon wheel image with Earth ink.

9. Continue stamping over all layers with the wheat image in Leaf ink and the small wagon wheel in WoW Red ink.

10. Separate the panels and layer with the previously cut mattes.

11. Add ribbon from the Homestead embellishment pack to finish the card.
