Farmstand Bonus Formula Sketch
The September Bonus Formula makes a very cool two-page spread. I really like the decorative strip detail on the left page. Very artsy! To make the layout, gather five 12x12 papers - a mix of prints and plains. Follow the trimming and assemble using the sketch as your guide.
Farmstand Bonus Formula Layout
To replicate my layout, use the following paper assignments: Orange Plain, Frame Print, and Dark Green. Two Light Greens create the base of the layout.
At first blush, it would never had occurred to me to put photos of a softball game on a kit called "Farmstand". But I think you'll agree the pairing could not be more perfect!
My son and his girlfriend attended the Donald Driver Charity softball game last month. The colors in the photos are an ideal match. I added memorabilia from the day to the small rectangles on the left side of the page.
On the right, I chose printable sentiments from the Farmstand Hybrid Kit that fit the occasion. I used photo-editing software to isolate, resize and print them to fit the small squares at the top of the page.
I'm quite tickled with how well this layout turned out. What do you think?
