Here it is only January 7, and I've already scrapped my Confetti layouts. I think this might be a new personal record! (Visit Tricia's blog post to see the pages before photos and journaling were added.)

When I first spied the artwork a few weeks ago, I knew the pages would be amazing with photos taken at China Lights at the Boerner Botanical Gardens last fall. The bright, colorful lights and Confetti's happy colors are a match made in heaven!

Trim and mat a single photo for the open space in the title strip. Tip: Create extra photo mats as needed using the Confetti Pack of Panels.

I love the touch of shine the Rinea foil adds to the pages.

I sorted my photos into similar color groupings to match each two-page spread. You can see how the gold works with the yellow above, and the blues really pop on the pages below.

An extra photo fits into the open space near the top of the page.

Photos cover cutapart sentiments when needed.

I think this two-page spread is my favorite. It's a riot of happy color!

On the left page, stretch one horizontal photo across two vertical mats.

On the right, change up the look by rotating the entire page 180 degrees. Now the three mats are on the right side of the page.

Instead of trimming the cutapart into an oval shape per the directions, use the non-printed side of the rectangle as an extra mat for a smaller photo. Isn't that panda on a unicycle adorable?!?

The Confetti layouts are so versatile, making them perfect for any celebratory occasion. However, don't be afraid to think outside of the box when assembling your pages. Making small changes to better suit your needs helps the pages become truly your own!

Happy scrapping!
