Page Sketch
So much more than just a "sketch", the November Page Formula creates a well-balanced two-page spread from six 12x12 papers. This month's layout has space for up to fourteen photos.
To get started, download the formula and gather the number of papers indicated. Trim and sort the cut pieces according to the step-by-step instructions. Finally, assemble the finished layout with the sketch as your guide.
Impressed Bonus Layout—Karen
To recreate the two-page spread below, gather the following Impressed papers:
- Paper A = Aqua
- Paper B = Red
- Paper C = Card Print
- Paper D = Teal
- Paper E = (2) Toile Gray
Once the trimmed elements are adhered to the base papers, it's time to add photos and embellishments.
You may notice I rotated the right page 90 degrees counter-clockwise because I had more vertical than horizontal photos. It also produces a "reflection" of the left page when positioned this way.
Rather than crop photos to fit the 3x4 mats, single 3.25x5-7/8" horizontal photos span the space created by the side-by-side mats.
The smallest mats are embellished with "scrappy card" panels, gems with settings, and wooden embellishments from my stash.
I just love how this layout came together. Even though the pool photos have nothing to do with the Impressed "theme", the colors complement the photos beautifully!
Bonus Pages—Tricia
To replicate Tricia's layout, follow the paper assignments below:
- Paper A = Brown
- Paper B = Red
- Paper C = Card Print
- Paper D = Swirl Print
- Paper E = (2) Aqua
As you can see, Tricia rotated the left page 90 degrees clockwise. That's the beauty of Club Scrap's page formulas, you can alter them to suit your individual photos, or simply change them up for the fun of it!

Impressed Layout—2025 Make 'n Take Formula
I couldn't resist creating one more two-page spread with the Impressed collection. This time I constructed my layout with the freebie 2025 Make 'n Take Page Formula featured at the Great Lakes Mega Meet in May.
Sketch
The Make 'n Take formula creates a two-page spread from five sheets of paper. To replicate my layout, utilize the following paper assignments (all papers are from the Impressed collection, unless otherwise noted):
Paper A = Toile Lt. Blue
Paper B = Red
Paper C = Teal
Paper D = Swirl Print
Impressed Layout
I found myself again in a situation where I had more vertical than horizontal photos, so I rotated the left side of the layout 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
A single 3.25x5-7/8" horizontal photo spans the twin mini mats at the top of the page.
Wrap Teal ribbon (Inspired 07.25) around the Red border strips on both sides of the layout. Accent the stamped sentiment with a die cut heart (Spellbinders).
On the right side, alphabet dies to spell out Daniel's name. (Die cut the letters from the center of the 2" Lt. Blue strip before adding the 1.75" Red nesting strip—no one will ever know!)
