Here's a quick visual tour of what you'll find in the collection.
Let's take a closer look at the eight pages you'll make when you follow the printable instructions included with purchase. In addition, I'll guide you through the assembly process. A link to my video workshop is provided in the instructions document.
Layouts 1 & 2
Craft knife users, you're going to love this one! After calculating the final placement of the nested photos mats and teal mat, mark the edges of the mats and use a craft knife to cut a slot around the tent. Slide the mats behind the tent to keep it in the foreground.
Jacqueline thoughtfully designed artwork for the trio of manila tags included in the kit. Add a little warmth to the pairing by sponging Earth ink onto the edges of the tag and cutapart. Top that with a bronze charm tied with teal grosgrain ribbon.
Layouts 3 & 4
Draw the eye to the "slow down" title by adding the bronze camping charm with a loop of teal ribbon.
After fussy-cutting the tent/tree cutapart, add to the page with foam adhesive. Avoid adding adhesive where the photo will need to slide behind the image. For the tag cutapart, punch a slot for a loop of ribbon, and add a second piece of tied ribbon to the top. It looks like one clever embellishment, but it's so much easier to create with two pieces.
Layouts 5 & 6
This cutapart always makes me giggle! We left an open spot at the top of the image to leave room for the bronze compass charm. Add ribbon to the hole on each side and swing the ends around to the back.
Layouts 7 & 8
If you like, apply Earth ink onto the edges of the spruce woodcut included in the collection. Top the manila tag with the adorable orange gingham ribbon we've added to your kit.
