I seem to have a never-ending love affair with die cuts, but I usually resist setting up the Big Shot unless I plan to make a substantial batch of cards. In anticipation of the Boardwalk collection, I picked up an adorable lobster die cut by Memory Box. Isn't he cute?

For this quick batch of cards, you'll need a 3.5x12" strip of Boardwalk Deep Blue, Sea Blue, Sage, and White, two 8.5x11" sheets of Sage Plain, and four 3-5/8x4-7/8" black panels.

1. Select four die cuts for the cards. I chose a texture, a decorative frame, the lobster and a sentiment.

2. Place each die on one 3.5x12" strip and run through the machine. Repeat with each color. Trim and fold four 5.5x8.5" card bases from the Sage paper. Organize the card elements.
