While browsing Pinterest, I found this cute idea for a card. The base of the card is a handmade envelope that opens to reveal a greeting inside.

Trim 8.5x11" Deluxe Blue Print to 8-1/8" square. Follow Envelope Punch Board instructions to score and punch paper to make 4.75" square envelope. Once the envelope card base is created, it's time to decorate the inside!

Stamp the sun image (Art Nouveau UM) in Tangerine. Create a mask from text weight paper. Apply Tangerine with Ink Applicator to perimeter of mask.

Stamp "happy" (Art Nouveau UM) in Jet Black. Color sun using colored pencils. Stamp "Happy Birthday" (Greeting UM) in Sapphire ink.

Mat with Aqua and Green and adhere to center of envelope. Stamp inside flaps with star cluster (Art Nouveau UM) using White Pigment ink.

Fold envelope flaps to close. Make a belly band from Green Plain, add decorative element created using flower image (Art Nouveau UM) on matted die cut frames.

This clever envelope card is super versatile, just use the guidelines on your Envelope Punch Board to create any size base--the envelope is built right in!
