Create a rainbow of colors with artwork featuring Color Me Happy Jumbo and Art Nouveau UM stamps and Color Burst pigment powders.

Stamp images randomly on mixed media or watercolor paper with Versamark (embossing) ink. Sprinkle with silver embossing powder and heat set to melt.

Dust the paper with a rainbow of Color Burst powders.

Spritz generously with water.

Allow the piece to dry completely.

Remove center collage image with a craft knife and cutting mat. Set this panel aside to be featured in a card.

Punch 1" circles from the remaining paper.

Attach the circles in rows, according to the colors of the rainbow, to a piece of 5x7" white paper (popped up with a 4.5x6.5" piece of book board) and layered onto 5.5x7.5" Color Me Happy Green Print. To finish the piece, I added two additional mat layers with the 5.75x7.75" Teal and 6x8" Blue Plain papers.

Each of the circles is popped up with dimensional adhesive circles.

I also created this card with the panel I had set aside earlier.
