Create artwork featuring texture rich embossed shapes. I have an extensive collection of embossing folders and am always trying to find new ways to use them in my paper crafting. Some dies are actually sold with matching embossing folders to add texture to these paper shapes.

Embossed Shapes

Add texture to a 4.5x6" white panel with a Darice Damask embossing folder from the Tin Tiles Collection.

Add color to the balloon image from the Surprise stamp set with Fuschia ink and stamp onto the embossed panel.

Stamp any remaining ink left on the balloon onto a plain white panel. The texture will transfer onto the smooth panel!

Repeat with Tangerine, Lagoon, and Leaf inks.

Fussy cut the embossed balloons with scissors.

Trim the smooth stamped panel to 4x5.25 and layer onto a 4.25x5.5" Mumbai Pink folded card base.

Add a sentiment to the panel from the Mumbai Stamps with Permanent Jet Black Ink.

Apply foam adhesive squares to the back of two of the embossed shapes and adhere to the card.

Complete the card with some glitter glue dots for added sparkle and shine!

Let's take a look at the finished card.
