This gorgeous floral special edition collection was released about two weeks ago. You can see the "blank" assembled pages in Tricia's blog post from earlier this month. Now that my January pages are complete, I couldn't resist scrapping my Dahlia Remix layouts next.

Dahlia Remix Layouts

Layout 1 & 2

The first two pages feature last year's birthday photos of my daughter and my father-in-law. They both have December birthdays, one day apart.

In lieu of using smaller photos, I cropped two photos to fit across the four mats on the bottom of the right page.

Layout 5 & 6

I was eager to scrap more photos from our 2019 vacation to California. We visited San Diego and Anaheim for my son's graduation trip.

Turns out the colors in the Dahlia Remix layouts were perfect with many of the photos, like these from a relaxing afternoon at our resort.

Due to a bad case of "verticalitis", I changed up the arrangement of the right page quite a bit. The vertical double mats are pulled from my stash of POPs (pack of panels).

Layout 3 & 4

As a child, the Mad Tea Party teacup ride was one of my favorites at Disneyland. I was tickled to share the experience with my children. And aren't the colors perfect with these pages?

I added an extra photo with a white mat (unused from page 6) on the right page, shifting the border strip slightly for a better fit. One photo stretches across the two mini mats at the top of the page.

Layout 7 & 8

In 2009, we took a family vacation to Disney World. The kids visited a ton of characters during our stay, but Emma never got the chance to get her photo and an autograph from Minnie Mouse. As luck would have it, we ran into Minnie in Disneyland, ten years later. It was such a special moment!

I was on such a roll this weekend! Thanks to Club Scrap kits, I completed 32 more pages from our trip. I can't wait to share the finished layouts with you over the next few weeks.

Happy scrapping!
