It's time to meet this month's set of twelve Woven Strands Club Stamp cards . . . 0815ALCMgroup Since the Club Stamp kit ships with twelve sheets of paper, ribbons, embellishments, and a large sheet of unmounted stamps, I try my best to stick closely to those supplies when making the cards. I did, however, use a set of nesting circle-shaped die cuts. If you don't have access to a die cutting machine or similar nesting dies, swap the circles for squares and cut with a craft knife or by hand. Begin by downloading the paper trimming and stamping instructions by clicking on the link below, and assemble the cards using the image guides below. 0815ALCM CARDS 1-4 0815ALCM01 This is a fun way to use the text weight print featured in each collection. Neatly stack the four 4x5.25" panels together and run through a die cutting machine with circular nesting die cuts. Interchange the four paper patterns onto the four bases and finish with a ribbon-tied charm. 0815ALCM01a I made the first circle cut slightly off the edge of the panels. Use all three nesting dies at once, if desired. 0815ALCMstep01 CARDS 5 AND 60815ALCM02 As long as I had the die cutting equipment in use, I chose a pair of nesting circles for this pair of cards, as well. 0815ALCM02b Snip the hanging hole from the top of the silver charm and attach with your new Glue Pen. 0815ALCM02a CARDS 7-100815ALCM03 Separate the stamped squares on the 3.5x4.75" panels with a scissors, craft knife or paper trimmer. For the image stamped on white, ink the stamp with Sapphire, Moss and Orchid inks, and scramble the colors when arranging the squares on the panel. 0815ALCM03a Accent one of the stamped squares with a touch of green glitter glue. (Always apply the glue after the card is completely assembled to avoid smearing the wet glue. That's never happened to me before.) IMG_1522 CARDS 11 AND 120815ALCM04 Punch 3/8" holes onto each end of the stamped medallions and thread with ribbon. Attach the medallions with foam adhesive and secure ribbon ends around to the back of the card panels with tape. IMG_1525 Outline the stamped images with glitter glue. 0815ALCM04a While I attempt to use up the entire paper collection on the batch of cards, this month you'll end up with a half sheet of Blue paper. Can't win 'em all, I guess! Somewhat efficiently yours, Tricia Tricia Profile
