Welcome to the Watercolor Christmas Blog Hop! Swarup Murthy paints gorgeous watercolors and we are thrilled to offer our interpretation of her artwork in this special edition collection. It includes a Paper Kit, UM Stamp set, Digital Kit, Digital Hybrid Photo Cards and Greetings To Go card kit. The paper collection was created in similar fashion to our monthly Page kits. I could have followed Tricia's ALSB instructions to create eight 12x12" pages, but instead I decided to make something special for my aunt for Christmas. Being a watercolor artist herself, I knew she would love this collection's stunning printed designs. The Easy Dozen Album Components paired with the Watercolor Christmas paper collection created a wonderful keepsake that she is sure to treasure.

To create an album like mine, start with two Watercolor Christmas Collections and one of the Easy Dozen Album Components kits. I needed one extra Red plain to complete one of the inside covers, so I substituted a Poinsettia print for one of the plains for the front cover in the original instructions.
I embellished the cover and pages using the beautiful fibers that were included with the collection.
After downloading the Easy Dozen Album ALSB instructions, I made notations of my Watercolor Christmas paper substitutions. Once the substitutions were determined, I trimmed the papers following the written layout instructions.
Fun fact: Any Lite kit paper pack can be substituted for the papers in this set of instructions! When all my papers were cut and organized by page number in labeled manila folders, it was time for assembly.
