Inspired by Roni's challenge yesterday, Stamping on the Edge, I decided to play around a bit myself.
STAMPING ON THE EDGE
My Wild Roseunmounted stamps have been neglected for some time. This challenge was the perfect opportunity to play.
Stamp a trio of the rose image, masking the center image to create depth. Use watercolor pencils to color images, blend with a water brush. Trim along stamped edge with a craft knife. Add hand-drawn border with a fine-tip marker. Add Sunflowers sentiment.
Create a border along the right edge of a white panel with Stamped Bouquetfloral images. Color with watercolor pencils, blend with a water brush. Highlight images with Stickles glitter glue.
Stamp the AdirondacksJumbo UM mountain image onto ivory card stock. Trim edge with a kraft knife. Use an ink applicator to blend Leaf ink onto open space below. Add sentiment and fibers.
This technique can be very addicting. I encourage you give the technique a try and share your creation on the Linky Party. You just might win a Club Scrap gift certificate!
Happy stamping!
