After I receive my page kit, I challenge myself to complete the layouts by month's end. Even though I've achieved this self-imposed goal for over three years now, it's always a pleasant surprise how quickly and easily everything comes together. I'm thrilled to share my Regatta layouts, featuring photos from four different occasions.

Regatta Page Kit

Layout 1 & 2

Can you believe my youngest turned 20 last month? The masculine feel of the pages was perfect for this very special, if not somewhat surreal, occasion.

Layout 3 & 4

I frequently scrap for my friend Oliver's family. These photos celebrating his last day of kindergarten with ice cream couldn't be cuter. The colors in the photos are an ideal match to the Regatta collection!

Layout 5 & 6

A couple of weeks ago I went to Door County with Oliver and his grandmother (my friend Edie). He was eager to see "water and boats" during our adventure. We stopped in Sturgeon Bay for refreshments, and much to Oliver's delight, ended up right next to the marina!

Layout 7 & 8

Even though the June collection leans more masculine, this two-page spread worked well with photos from my son's GF's senior prom. Emma's gorgeous blue dress coordinates beautifully with the medium blue from the collection, and the sentiments are a great fit for the occasion, too.

I hope my finished layouts inspire you as you decide what you'll scrap on the Regatta collection. As you can see, letting the colors guide your choices works almost every time!

Happy scrapping!
