The Golden Hour Pages are simply breathtaking! We've used shades of orange and yellow contrasted by a deep purple with a beautiful linen texture. Each layout is complemented by the gorgeous custom die cuts designed just for this kit.
You have several opportunities to preview this collection. Read on to discover a few special details about each double page spread or watch our Facebook Live presentation on the Club Scrap Facebook page. Lastly, I'll share all my efficient tricks and page assembly tips in the complete video workshop!
Layouts 1 & 2
I love how the curved die cut creates tons of visual interest at the bottom of the first layout. Adhere the circular cutapart with foam adhesive circles, staple a piece of folded ribbon onto the journaling tag and tuck it behind the circle. Finish with a gold sun charm applied with Bookbinding Glue -- the best for metal embellishments!
Layouts 3 & 4
Use the Wheat Stencil and Tangerine ink to apply a soft background to the Yellow Plain base paper. Stencil the numbers onto the upper right corner for added interest. Use foam adhesive circles to pop the word "beautiful" from the die cut file tab shape.
Add the three beautiful de-bossed sun buttons with bookbinding glue, Glue Dots, or sewing thread.
Layouts 5 & 6
Enhance the bottom of layout five with more stenciling. Our ink applicator brush pairs with the Earth ink and stencil to create a beautiful foundation for this layout.
Layouts 7 & 8
Create an eye-catching embellishment with a wide piece of satin ribbon by threading it through a tag and simply wrapping the ends around to the back of the layout.
Tie the same satin ribbon into a simple bow to add a beautiful accent to page eight. Position the uniquely-shaped die cut onto the layout to highlight the rays of sun on the Bird Print.
Off to select and print my photos. I have SO many 2020 summer sunsets in my stash. (I never seem to be around for those sunrises.)
Enjoy what each new day brings!
