Gather papers from the Pattern Play collection.

Score a sheet of 8.5x11 White Plain vertically at 4.25". Cut horizontally at 5.5" and fold each card in half on the score line to make two card bases.

Trim a 4x5.25" Black Print panel and place die cut shapes (Sizzix Wildflowers and Friendship Script Thinlits) onto the panel.

Cut the greeting and flower shape from the panel with a die cutting machine.

Remove the die cut shapes from the panel.

Be careful to reserve the inside areas of any of the die cuts. These will be used when re-assembling on the cards.

Repeat the die cutting process with a 4x5.25" Green panel.

Apply adhesive to the front of the folded card base as shown.

Center the Black print panel (with die cuts removed) over the adhesive on the card base. Add Bookbinding Glue with a Needle-tipped Applicator if extra adhesive is needed to secure the die cuts.

Remove Green die cut flower and greeting. Insert these pieces into the empty spaces on the Black print panel. Don't forget to add the inside pieces of the Black print die cuts reserved in the earlier step.

Repeat this process for the second card with a 4x5.25" Green panel and the Black print pieces. Add fibers and silver glitter glue to finish the card.

Let's take a look at the finished cards.
