Just like our monthly kits, it's not necessary to use all eight pages for a single event or occasion. For best results, treat each two-page spread independently when choosing your photos.
In this case, however, the layouts were the perfect home for photos from our visit to Portugal. These memories are from the day we toured the home and grounds of the Quinto da Regaleira.
Layout 1 & 2
The first two pages feature photos from the famous gardens on the property. Beautiful flowers, carefully groomed beds and gorgeous statuary fill the space.
Layout 3 & 4
I ended up not changing anything on any of the pages—they were that perfect. More photos from around the property, including one of our friendly and knowledgable guide.

Don't these photos look amazing on these pages? I truly believe these pages would beautifully enhance ANY occasion or location!
Layout 7 & 8
Finally, the last layout features photos of our group descending into the "Initiation Well". Rumor has it the millionaire who built the property used it to test potential candidates wishing to join a secret society.
The Initiation Well at Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra, Portugal, is an 88-foot deep "inverted tower" with a spiral staircase, designed for secret masonic or Templar initiation rites rather than water collection. Built between 1904-1910, it features nine levels referencing Dante's Inferno and leads to hidden tunnels connecting to grottoes.
