Add a touch of natural beauty to your paper crafting with the Blue Botanicals Page Kit! A color palette of rich blues and a dash of khaki paired with artwork inspired by cyanotype prints yields a collection as versatile as it is stunning. Like a pair of your favorite jeans, the beautiful shades of blue in this collection will coordinate with memories from any occasion.

Here's a quick visual tour of what you'll find in the Blue Botanicals collection.

Let's take a closer look at the eight pages you'll make when you follow the printable instructions included with purchase (sent via separate email when the order is fulfilled). In addition, I'll guide you through the assembly process. A link to my video workshop is provided in the instructions document.

Layouts 1 & 2

Check out the cool metal leaf embellishments included in the box! Adhere to the circular cutapart with Bookbinding Glue. I found it helpful to place a heavy book on the leaves once attached until the glue bonded well with the paper. The beautiful khaki silk ribbon makes a great addition to the top of the journaling tag. Punch a slot, thread with ribbon, and tape the ends to the back of the tag. Next, tie a second piece of ribbon into a simple knot and layer over the slot. Folks will think you're a genius.

Layouts 3 & 4

Wrap satin ribbon around the photo mat three times and secure the ends at the back. Tie a second piece of ribbon onto the first. Finally adhere a trio of skeleton leaves behind the knot with bookbinding glue.

Layouts 5 & 6

Yep, it's another two-part ribbon trick! This time, thread the ribbon through the reinforced hole in the manila tag and wrap the ends around the top of the layout. Next, simply tie a knot into the ribbon, trim the ends into a "v" shape, and attach to the tag.

Layouts 7 & 8

Did you know I have a YouTube playlist on the Club Scrap channel that is all about ribbon? The technique shown below is dubbed the "three part bow." It's made with the lovely medium blue ribbon included in your kit. After completing the bow, tuck a silver skeleton leaf charm behind the knot.

The Blue Botanicals Page Kit is designed to turn your favorite memories into naturally beautiful scrapbook pages. If this collection doesn't speak to you, don't worry—this kit is a special release and it won't be delivered unless requested.
