Create a beach card with the Sea Breeze collection and a vibrant Color Burst pigment powder resist background technique.
Beach Card Tutorial
Add a variety of sea critter images from the Sea Breeze Stamps to a piece of mixed media paper with Versamark ink.
Cover with white embossing powder and heat set to melt.
Draw a diagonal line with Versamark marker ink to create the appearance of sea foam on a shoreline. Sprinkle with white embossing powder and heat to melt.
Dust the panel with Color Burst pigment powders. I made a conscious effort to keep the Burnt Umber over the sea critters and the Turquoise and Cerulean Blue on the ocean side of the panel.
Spritz the panel with water and set aside to dry.
Move the color with a water brush to reach the desired effect.
