Autumn Glow Page Kit
Each Club Scrap Page Kit creates eight coordinating pages, however, I rarely use all of them for a single occasion or event.
In this case, the first four pages feature photos of my grandsons and their "Aunties" at a nearby Pumpkin Patch. The remaining two-page spreads preserve memories of my daughter and her two friends on a recent visit to a local farm.
Layout 1 & 2
I love everything about this collection! The paper colors, the goodies, the sentiments—all perfect for preserving fall memories. It was super easy to find photos to coordinate with the pages.
I didn't stray much from Tricia's original layout design. On the right, a slight shift of one vertical mat provides space for an extra un-matted photo to be added in the lower right corner of the page.
Layout 3 & 4
On the left page, crop a photo to fit the open space below the "chill in the air" cutapart. A clear grid ruler makes it easy to determine the ideal size in which to crop the photo.
Layout 5 & 6
Not much changed here—the arrangement was perfect "as is"!
Layout 7 & 8
Finally, the last two pages feature more gorgeous photos of the girls with rich fall colors in the background.
After trimming the center photo of my daughter above, I realized it was a shame to "waste" the part of the image with the colorful pumpkins. Luckily, the cropped portion fit the mat on the woodcut tag perfectly.
I just love the rich colors and gorgeous artwork of the October Page Kit. Once the paper trimming and sorting was completed, it took me a little over an hour to assemble the pages and select, crop and adhere the photos..
