There’s no question, Tricia’s efficient paper crafting methods are awesome. The popularity of our page (and card) formulas is evident: We have sold out of five volumes of Idea Decks over the years, and folks are always eager for more.

CLUB MEMBER BENEFIT

Since July 2011, not only do members have access to the monthly kit instructions, they also receive one bonus page formula to use with papers from their stash. So much more than a page sketch, each formula provides trimming and assembly instructions to create a two-page spread.

2020 BONUS PAGE FORMULAS & LAYOUTS

With 2021 quickly approaching, club members should download their 2020 page formulas before January 15. After that, they will be bundled and moved to the online store. All twelve months of bonus page formulas will be available for immediate download for just $5.95!

To demonstrate the value of these beauties, let’s review the six formulas (with sample pages) from the first half of 2020.

JANUARY

This first layout pairs the formula with plains and the Card Kit Print from the Confetti collection.

I used the formula again with the Coffeehouse Card Kit print and plains from my stash. As you can see, the same cut pieces were rearranged in a slightly different way.

FEBRUARY

This formula creates mats for up to 13 photos. If you don't have photos to fit the smaller mats, feel free to stretch a single photo across two mats, like on the layout below.

MARCH

Tricia arranged her trimmed pieces to match the sketch exactly. She still had space to add two additional photos and stamped artwork.

For my layout, I used the hybrid kit to create a custom printed paper for the base of my layout. Rearranging the trimmed pieces on the right page accommodates photos with a vertical orientation.

APRIL

Tricia and I used this formula with papers from the Hello, Sunshine collection. On Tricia's layout below, the stripes add a graphic punch. Stickers and ribbon complete the look.

For my pages, plains were used for the base. I embellished with stamps and daisies printed from the hybrid kit.

Even Julie played along by creating this hybrid layout inspired by the sketch.

MAY

The May 2020 Bonus Page Formula has enough mats for a whopping 17 photos. I think that might be a record! Tricia created three two-page spreads, each with different papers. Here she used the Fly a Kite collection...

...Vintage Americana papers and embellishments...

...and finally, elements from the Prism collection.

I couldn't resist playing along and creating this layout pairing the same formula with Western papers.

JUNE

Tricia and I both made our layouts with Vintage Americana, but each layout has a different feel due to the paper assignments.

Using a print as the base of the layout changes the look completely!

I hope I've demonstrated the value these page formulas offer. Stop back tomorrow as I share the remaining six formulas and sample pages from 2020.
