I came across a package of those darling Mini Chalkboards from the Graffiti kit and finally made use of all the ideas spinning around in my head!
Use White Pigment Ink to rubber stamp a greeting onto the chalkboard. You're sure to find tons of images in your rubber stamp collection that will fit onto the board.
Attach embellishments with CS Bookbinding Glue.
Clip the chalkboards to handmade gifts for a special touch.
Glue a wooden dowel in the clip to add a message to a potted plant or flower arrangement.
White gel pens work great on the chalkboard surface. I love it combined with this stamped image from the London Calling Art Nouveau UM. And remember, you can use the clips horizontally and vertically.
Remove the clip entirely, and the flat chalkboard can be used for many other applications.
Attach a string or ribbon hanger to the back of the board with bookbinding glue.
Or, mark the center and punch a hole to thread with a ribbon hanger.
How about this adorable book plate?
Or this unique way to embellish a greeting card?
So many uses! My next project will be to use them as covers for a mini album. Thanks for stopping by!
