Create cards and layouts in a snap for the December Idea Deck Challenge. Pam Butler is our host and this month she chose the Ace of Hearts. Be sure to visit her forum post for details.
ASSEMBLY LINE CARDMAKING DECK, VOL. 1: ACE OF HEARTS
Begin with two sheets of 8.5x11" paper (white and black) and create four cards with a perfectly nested panel. Stamp the white panels with images from the Shades of WinterJumbo UM and complete with the Christmas Thyme UM sentiment.
Create berries with Mahogany Ink applied with a new pencil eraser.
Add a tiny highlight to each berry with a silver gel pen.

Create a double page spread with the Shades of Winter Deluxe Kit papers.
Rub the Silver Metallic ink pad directly onto the paper.
Wipe the embossed surface with a dry cloth to remove excess ink.
Trim the papers following the detailed instructions on the back of the Idea Deck card. Add cropped photos to the layout.
Embellish with a stamped sentiment from the Shades of Winter Jumbo UM and die cut snowflakes with Dazzle centers.
