Make an adorable card tray filled with eleven miniature gift cards and nine 4.25x5.5" cards from the Pattern Play Club Stamp kit!
I consulted with Karen while brainstorming ideas for this month's collection. She recommended a tray/lid to help store miniature gift cards/tags. I immediately started sketching ideas and developed a two-compartment tray. It's quite easy to create and is perfect for gift giving. Card Tray with Divider and Mini Cards (Set A)
Instructions on how to assemble the card tray are included in the file download above. To create "thumb holes" in the tray lid, punch the center of the long walls with an envelope punch board or half of a circle punch.
Use the folded 2.75" cards, black and white square tags, quad print panels and stamped images from the jumbo stamp sheet or your personal stash to complete the mini cards.
SET B
Trim each design on the 8.5x11 Quad Print into four unequally-sized sections. Assemble one of each design and size onto the 3.75x5" Black card panels, wrap with green satin ribbon, and layer onto a folded card base.
SET C
Adorn the sentiment panel with a round silver charm. For best results, adhere with CS® Bookbinding Glue.
Trim a 2" length of gray taffeta ribbon, fold in half, and staple to the upper left corner of the stamped panel.
CARD D
Stamp the sentiment onto the black folded card base with White Pigment ink.
I'm always so pleasantly surprised by what can be accomplished with just twelve sheets of our beautiful papers. Don't miss out on the creative fun . . . join Club Stamp today!
