CHERRY BLOSSOMS ACCORDION BOOK IN A BOOK
As soon as I saw the finished collection, I knew I wanted to make something special with it. I was inspired by a project Tricia shared on her blog in 2015, the Book in a Faux Book.
The cover is decorated with the Deluxe White Umbrella Print, stamped Jumbo UM sentiment, and Blossom Stickers.
A die cut flower decorates the belly band. The inside panel has texture created using an embossing folder inked with Silver Metallic on the raised areas.
Instead of a mini stitched book (like Tricia's), I created an accordion book to fit into the niche inside.
The inside of the accordion book has mats decorated with UM stamp images and sentiments.
